As a true Gemini, I have always moved between different worlds – business and creativity, knowledge and intuition, working with organisations and working with individuals. For more than 25 years, my professional journey has spanned organisational development, leadership and management, coaching, training and teaching, social innovation, and entrepreneurship. Along the way, I have accumulated a wide range of qualifications, methodologies, and tools, but my most valuable asset is my ability to see the connections between them and recognise what is needed in each unique situation. I believe that lasting change does not come from ready-made formulas. It begins when an individual or a team is able to look beyond the obvious, discover new possibilities, and turn insight into meaningful action.

In recent years, I have added another dimension to this experience – an in-depth exploration of sound and its impact on human well-being. My work with sound, coaching, systemic approaches, training, and my many years of experience with people and organisations have gradually come together into a holistic approach to development. Today, rather than trying to fit people into a particular method, I select and combine approaches according to the individual, the team, and the purpose. I work with people and organisations looking for more than just another training programme or a short-term solution – they seek meaningful change, a deeper understanding of themselves and others, and a space where new ideas can be transformed into action.
