Iana Avramova

As a sound therapist and founder of SoundCups (the sound healing brand of Transformika), Iana works with sound and vibration as a natural and direct path to deep relaxation and inner balance. In her practice, she uses gongs and singing bowls to create a rich, immersive sound environment that supports the nervous system, releases accumulated tension, and restores the body’s natural rhythm. Sound is experienced not only as something to hear, but as a sensation in the body, leading to deeper relaxation, calmer breathing, and a sense of grounding and presence. Her sessions are a journey inward, beyond words, towards a state of stillness, wholeness, and trust between mind and body.

Iana offers individual singing bowl sessions, working close to the body to create a deeply personalised experience, as well as sessions for couples that allow for shared relaxation and connection. Group sound and gong practices provide an immersive experience in a shared space, where participants can fully relax and be guided by the sound waves. In addition, Iana leads courses in working with singing bowls, designed both for beginners and for those who wish to deepen their practice and engage with sound in a more conscious and confident way.

Iana has trained with international teachers and continues to develop her approach with dedication, presence, and deep respect for each person’s process. At the core of her work is the creation of a safe and supportive space where one can slow down, release accumulated tension, and return to oneself.
