Energy Healing Practitioner
She works with energy therapy (Reiki, along with several other modalities) and energy psychology (EFT and Matrix Reimprinting). In her individual sessions, she focuses on specific topics, emotions, and mental patterns, clearing the energy field and any blockages within it—including ancestral and karmic ones. She also collaborates with other therapists to organise group healing and transformational events.
Velina, known to her close circle as Ina, began her journey with yoga and meditation in her teenage years, inspired by Carlos Castaneda and Eastern philosophies. After a period abroad and her return to Bulgaria in 2014, she turned to tai chi and Taoist practices, seeking deeper balance and better management of her energy beyond burnout. Her personal crisis in 2020 became a turning point, leading her into deep inner work and to meeting her teacher Roza Asenova. Since 2021, she has gone through initiations in Reiki, ThetaHealing, and Tibetan practices, and since 2023 she has been leading individual and group sessions.
In her work, Ina combines energy therapy and energy psychology, including EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, and in 2024 she became certified in these methods. She continues her training in somatic approaches such as the method of Peter Levine, as well as in programmes related to the nervous system and working with emotions and the body, Akashic records, and various contemporary and shamanic practices. She continuously develops her skills, integrating new approaches such as NeuroAffective Touch.
As a natural continuation of her personal journey, she created the therapeutic card sets “Overcome Your Fears” and “Welcome Your Sadness,” and is currently developing a journal for working with thought patterns. In her individual sessions, Ina works with specific themes, emotions, and inner blockages—including ancestral and deeply rooted patterns—while also collaborating with other therapists to create group healing and transformational events.
